SebUK ,I am sorry that the issue hasn't been resolved in the newly released version 9.5 of Foxit PhantomPDF yet.We will remind our Dev team to further work on this issue and you will be kept informed for any new progress about this issue.

I've just installed the latest version of PhantomPDF Standard,which is 9.5.0.20723 (also, on a brand new Windows 10 PC)

The issue is still not fixed.

PhantomPDF Standard v9.4.1

I'm changing properties for objects like Textbox or Stamp. I click to change color and a color picker window shows up on a different screen, not the one where I have Foxit open with my PDF document.
