Switch from 32-bit to 64-bit

I recently got a new computer running 64-bit Windows 8.1. I wanted to install my copy of Foxit Phantom (5.5.4.0121) on my new computer, but the .exe file says it works only with 32-bit systems. I still have the license key. Is there an installation file of that version of Foxit Phantom that will work with 64-bit Windows 8.1? Thanks!!!
