  • BUG: PhantomPDF Printing incorrectly

Printing some test forms for a training session, evidently PhantomPDF can't print correctly? I have a signature graphic in embedded into the PDF, when I print it on a HP Laserjet printer, the graphic is upside down. Print the same document from Acrobat DC everything is fine and as it should be.

Would be nice to edit AND print from the same program.

A picture is linked (since I'm not allowed to add an attachment)

Kvanwem ,I apologize for the trouble.Regarding this printing issue you mentioned, please help to send us the PDF file in question for us to take a closer testing first. The file you send will be kept confidential and only be used for internal testing.
If it is inconvenience to upload the file here, you may email it to [email protected] (Attn:Lisa). And indicate this thread link.
For your current workaround, please print PDF file with "print as image" option selected in print dialog box.

I've had to revert to Acrobat DC to print my manuals, I can't afford to have a bunch of graphics upside down.

The "work around" print as image seems ok but I need to be able to edit and the OCR seems dicey. I was hoping I wouldn't have to jump back and forth between programs but there is no choice until this is fixed.

              Hi,

I confirm I have the same problem. I was going nuts! Couldn't figure out what is wrong. It definitely worked fine on previous versions.
