  • Version 6.0.2.413 bug: Create PDF from Multiple files is broken

One of our users is trying to combine a group of scans into a PDF by using the Create > From Multiple Files. She has tried selecting individual files and an entire folder. When she's ready to convert, the file name option is missing from the window. She gets the Folder: prompt. When she clicks the OK button, the process of converting goes down the list saying "Successful" but when it finishes, the Convert Multiple Files window closes and the document never appears. We tried adding \file.pdf to the folder name but the result is the same. Attached is the window missing the file name prompt. We've figured out she can start a blank PDF and add the files that way but it would be nice if the Create From Multiple Files worked. Any suggestions?

      Hi Linda,

Please uninstall your existing Foxit PhantomPDF from 'Control Panel'->'Add/Remove Programs' then download a latest installer version 6.1 from our website and give the re-installation a try: http://www.foxitsoftware.com/downloads/
