Form created in PhantomPDF doesn't work with Acrobat Reader

Hi everyone.

I created a fill-able form in PhantomPDF, but it doesn't respond the same in Acrobat.
For example, the highlighted fields are not highlighted in Acrobat Reader. The calendar drop-downs aren't there at all. Plus, text fields do not retain the rules I created there, i.e.: Double Space, and Font.

Is there a conversion I need to do?
