          Hi Cherry
          Sorry to take so long in responding, but this our end of financial year and things tend to get very busy.
          Have had a look at implementing the ENABLE Logging option, but because of the environment we work in it does not appear. We use Citrix XenApp as a common platform and use an image to maintain all apps, etc. When looking at the registry for our system all I see is the key for Foxit PhantomPDF 10.0 and there is no key for Foxit PDF Creator (or PDF Creator)
          Cheers
          Brad

            Is it possible to provide us the following info so we could further check with our engineer?
            1) Version number of your PhantomPDF; (You may double check it by going to Help->About Foxit PhantomPDF)
            2) A screenshot of the error you got;
            3) Detailed instruction to reproduce the issue;
            Did it occur when you try to print any PDF document to a physical printer or did it occur when you try to print non-PDF document to Foxit PhantomPDF printer?
            Did it occur to any document?
            4) If it happened when you try to print to Foxit PhantomPDF form a certain software, please let us know the software name and the version number of it;
            5) Was there any event log generated from Windows?
            6) Your OS info. (E.g. Win 10, 64-bit)

            You may email to [email protected] with more info if you'd like. Thank you.

              Hi Cherry
              Basically the error is very intermittent, but it is the same error that is at the start of this post.
              We are currently running Foxit PhantomPDF v10.0.0.35798 in a Citrix XenApp desktop based on Windows Server 2016, version 1607.
              When the issue occurs, there doesnt appear to be any Foxit logs created and the only indication is an entry in the Windows Event Log.
              Unfortunately I have not been able to collect much more information. It has occurred when try to print to the Foxit PDF printer from Excel and Word mainly. We have version 16 of Office 365.

              Cheers

              Brad

                    Dear Brad, Thanks for your response.This issue "Foxit causes print spooler to crash when printing office to PDF" has been submitted to our internal bug tracking system for our QA team to do further analysis with report ID#QCPHANTOM-25760.
                    However,we still need your help to provide with us the following information which will be helpful for our QA team to further diagnose this issue:
                    1:How do you connect to the server to use Foxit PhantomPDF there (For example:via RDP connection)?
                    2:What would happen to Microsoft word/excel when you try to print word/excel with Foxit PhantomPDF Printer? Will it get frozen and unresponsive before you could see the log in eveng log?
                    3:How long after you connect to the server does this problem occur regularly? Does it happen in a fixed time-frame after you has accessed to the server or it would happen immediately once you try to print word/excel file with Foxit PhantomPDF Printer?
                    Look forward to your reply.

                      Hi Lisa_Lee
                      Not sure how much more I can assist you, as more often than not our users are not reporting the issue.
                      All our users connect via Citrix Xenapp, using the Citrix Workspace app, d\so they are all using a common desktop, based on Windows Server 2016.
                      As far as I can tell the issue is very intermittent and cannot see a definite pattern.
                      Cheers
                      Brad
