  • Printing Blank Pages

    Hi. I am running PhantomPDF version 5.5.3.1211 and it keeps printing blank pages. What would be the cause of the problem and how do I go about rectifying it.

    Thanks.

    Hi DS521,

    I would encourage you to perform a re-installation of Foxit PhantomPDF. If you don't have a backup of the installer, you may write to [email protected] to get the download link.

        Not exactly the same problem, but could be same problem. I've been using Foxit Reader for over a year and this month when accessing a pdf file, a blank page appeared. Worked with Fixit tech for over a week but never was able to repair it. I won't go into details, but bringing it home from repair shop the pdf's appeared. Then I made a bad move. I upgraded back to IE-11 and no longer did pdf's appear -- just a blank page. Removed IE-11 and it reverted to IE-9 from which pdf's now are back. Out of curiosity, I upgraded to IE-10 and then received blank pages once again. Now back with IE-9 and everything working fine. Question: Is it a Foxit upgrade or MS upgrade problem?

          @DS521,

          Please help to provde the following info:
          1) From which program did you try to generate the PDF document with Foxit PhantomPDF;
          2) A copy of the original document that to be converted;
          3) Your 'Print What' setting under 'Print' dialog.

          @Old Pro,

          Please let us know your OS info (E.g. Win7, 32-bit or 64-bit) and the url of the PDF document for testing only.
