Newly Created Interactive Form, error in other program
Hello,
I am currently on PhantomPDF business version 6.1.0.0927. I created an interactive form from scratch and after completion, I sent it to my users to test. 99% of them use Adobe Acrobat and they are getting the issue that they have to save and print it out. My intention was for them to fill it out and email/print it. I looked under the security tab from the properties tab and it says fill in a form allowed. So, I would like to some help on why my users are getting the error? I know when I create forms in Adobe, I have to extend reader rights, I don't know how to do it using this software. Any help would be great. I'll attach the pdf here.
