    ​ Hello,

    For our first post we are reaching to the community to hopefully gather some information to resolve this problem. We have office 2016 running on Win10 1909, our users use Outlook and Word which include the Foxit PDF add-on. We are able to control the add-on behavior using GPO, no issues there. We also have some Foxit GPO Computer Settings being deployed to end users.

    Our issue is when user makes changes to the Add-on's, they are lost when Word or office is closed. User are required to remove the check mark Output PDF Portfolio each time the app is launched.

    Other add-on's in office 2016 do not have this issue.

    Thanks for your feedback. I've checked the mentioned problem internally. According to Report ID#QCPHANTOM-16120, the reported “"output to pdf portfolio" keeps turned itself back on under outlook Foxit tab” has already been fixed in current internal version of Sprint 206. So the fix should be included in next formal release 10.1. If you're interested in testing out the Sprint 206, could you please email to [email protected] for more info? Thank you.
