Form fields retaining previous values
Hello,
Problem: Form fields in my pdf are retaining values from the previous submission.
What I need: I'd like the form fields to be empty when the pdf is opened.
Description:
I have a pdf with form fields that are used to store answers to questions.
The answers are written to the form fields by javascript on a button click.
There is one question per page and the form field to store the answer for that question is defined on that page (but hidden).
The last page of the pdf has all the form fields listed.
When I open the pdf and go to the last page, I see all the previous answers in the form fields.
The PDF will be used by a sales rep at a customer location and there is a button that emails the completed PDF to me.
I am using FoxIt PhantomPDF Business edition ver 9.0.1.1049
Question: Is there a way to have all the form fields be empty when the pdf is first opened?
Thanks
robertg
