    @cherry: Thank you. Just finished 'deactivating/activating' for one of our employee who was working from home yesterday. This is real pain! Please make it happen We not trying to cheat. We are trying to work. Customers should be able to use the same license from at least 2 devices (not at the same time). That is a standard.

        Lisa_lee thank you, this definitely needs to be looked into. We have 42 users working between the office and home, we can't be deactivating/reactivating everyday. I have never known a software be limited like this. Even PDF Architect has this functionality...

            Activation on 2 devices or remote deactivation is not too much to ask, it should have been implemented even before users starting to ask. Also if you think this way you can make more money really don't. Nobody is going to pay for 2 licenses to use on work and home computers. Well in fact because of this limitation I decided not to upgrade to 11. It's just too much.

                    Haha guys welcome to Foxit, where they could provide awesome softwares if they would listen to customers, but they never will. It took them months to fix the lateral tab issue that dozens were complaining against.

                    Also the editor is full of bugs of all kinds, most never get fixed. I have found about a hundred, reported about 50 with detailed steps to reproduce it (video capture...) yet they fixed about 5, said 5 will be fixed later and that the 40 others are not planned to be patched...

                    I often wonders why this software costs that much and why are people ready to pay this much for this quality control. Think about it: you cannot even CROP an image or select WHITE or BLACK in the color palette!! only shades of grey. They even forget the basics, even when remembered!! Saddening.

                    When microsoft office, google or some tech giant will come in and provide a free tool that will hurt Foxit a lot if they continue to make the payment platform the only thing working as it should. Hopefully that will wake them up

                      Our Foxit support team always takes customers' feedback seriously. All of the issues and suggestions have been carefully perused and classified one by one and then reported to our internal new bug/feature collection system individually.
                      Based on the records of the emails that we have communicated,I noticed that you have reported 15 bugs and 32 new feature requests in total. I will give you an update on the progress of these suggestions and issues within today and we will reply you at ticket#134291, please check your inbox later.
                      In addition,I will continue to actively follow the issues/suggestions that you have reported with our QA, Dev, and Product management teams and keep you informed for new progress about them.
                      Again,thanks very much for your patience while we work to resolve those issues and implement new requested features.

                        I've just purchased a one-time copy of Foxit PDF Editor, together with a one-year maintenance subscription.

                        I must say I'm really disappointed to discover that I need to keep deactivating and reactivating my account on different devices if I switch between my desktop and laptop when I travel. I'd never need to use the software on two devices simultaneously, it will either be one or the other, so I'm not sure why this has to be made so difficult.

                        The problem is what happens if I'm travelling with my laptop and need to activate it quickly, but I forgot to deactivate it on the desktop before I left home and that machine is switched off?

                        If I had understood this was how it was going to work I don't think I would have made the purchase.

                          In the case when you forgot to deactivate your license prior to transferring the license, please help to contact Foxit Support team by submitting a ticket from the Support Ticket Submission center and providing us with the registration key code and the PC name of the machine which is needed for deactivation, Foxit support will help you to deactivate the license information from your corresponding machine.

                            Thank you for that @Lisa_lee, but I doubt if that will be a quick process. If I'm travelling and need to quickly edit a document for a meeting I'm having the same day I don't want to have to wait around for Foxit support to get around to looking at my support request and dealing with it.

                            Let's just hope your product management team see sense and do something to make things more flexible. They can be sure that my future purchasing decisions will depend on this.

                                Any update on this issue? This is still a pain for us de-activate and re-activate our employees when they working from home. Why this is so complicate?
