  • Email Directly Out of Foxit Isn't Working

    Windows 7 32bit
    Office 2010 32bit

    Just updated the Foxit to the latest version of 6.12 and it still doesn't work. I still get the same message about it can't find the default mail client. IE8 on these machines too. Something is not talking to Windows correctly to ask which program to use for email. How do I fix this please?

    Hi Steve,

    Please open Control Panel, open the Internet Options applet, select the Programs tab there, and select your preferred email client from the drop-down list labeled "E-Mail". Foxit checks this setting only once, at startup, so you will need to close and reopen Foxit before it will find and use your new preferred email client.
