Hand automatically selected after using the text tool

My coworker is having the issue that when she uses the text tool (aka where you write text on a PDF, I have to explain since I don't know the english name for the tool, we use the program in german) she can enter text, thats good and all, but she can't create a new text box without having to click on the text tool button again. While she cfan still enter text into the text box she created the hand tool is activated automatically when the cursor is outside said text box.

But this doesn't happen for me or other coworkers. Is there a fix to this?

We are using version 11.0.0.49893 of Foxit PDF Editor

ns_hyrule ,Thanks for contacting Foxit. Did your coworker select one of the tools under the "Comment"tab in Foxit PDF Editor to add comments into PDF file? If yes, please help to ask him/her to select the "Keep tool Selected" icon firstly after having selected a tool under the Comment tab ,then try to add comments again and let us know the result.
