Keyboard shortcut for "Highlight Text" not working on Mac OS

Hi there,

I'm on a Mac Mini M1 using the most recent version of the OS. The Keyboard shortcut for highlight is not working for me and I was wondering if anyone is able to help me out. I've tried to use System Preferences to solve this by creating my own keyboard shortcut, but it doesn't work either.

ryadaj Sorry for the inconvenience. May I know if the shortcut of highlight tool able to work correctly under another menus, while it did not work under Comment menu? if yes, this issue has been reported to QA team for checking by ID#MACLNX-10594, any update will inform you. thanks.

Hi amanda_liang, I am able to highlight by selecting text and clicking with the mouse the highlight button, but the keyboard shortcut does not work.

The issue appears to have now been resolved.
