Custom File property Dialog feature

A little confused. Which software do you refer to? Foxit PDF Editor does not integrated with any file-property addon.

After using "<fpmodule:contextmenu-item-file-property>, <fpmodule:file-property-button> and <fpmodule:file-property-dialog>" in the file-property addon we are able to show a file property dialog along with some data in the dialog. I wanted to know if we can have a similar custom feature where on custom icon click like Eg: fv__icon-dialog-level-prompt we can open a dialog with out content. Is this possible
