I have a client that has been using Foxit PhantomPDF Business edition. Every time she creates a pdf with more than 100 pages, it seems to crash when she tries to save. This issue has been going on a while and it just keeps getting work. She is losing productivity because she keeps having to redo work. What can I do to help her in this case? I have sent a couple of "support" emails with no reply.
