I found another error in the work of the program, and it is that it is not possible to insert text if some other text was cut before.

I could reproduce the issue on my side as well and I've escalated it to Foxit Internal bug tracking system for further processing. Internal Report ID#: QCPHANTOM-28987. We'll update here when the issue been solved.
BTW, for now, you may try to use the shortcut Ctrl V to paste to retain the format of the pasted text. Right-click then choose paste has the problem, but the shortcut Ctrl V works fine.
