Bug Dragging .pdf attachment from Outlook to OneNote and selecting printout | Foxit 11

Hi,

When you drag a .pdf from Outlook to OneNote and select "print out" the Foxit PDF Printer fails and says "Can not get printer information".

We reinstalled the program on the user's machine to no avail.

This works fine on the machines running Foxit Phantom 10.x versions.

Is this a known bug getting fixed in a later release?

Sorry for the trouble. Actually It is an known issue, case ID# QCPHANTOM-28658, we will fix the issue asap.

Here is the workaround that you can try.
1. Open Foxit PDF Editor (and the needed document)
2. Go in Print
3. Select OneNote (Desktop) as your printer and click OK
4. You will get a pop-up from OneNote where do you want to insert the printout.

has a fix been created for this yet? We have the same error since the update from PhantomPDF to FoxitPDF.

It will be fixed in next major release 12.0, please keep an eye on it.
