Lossy conversion for Foxit PDF Editor when other formats of image converts to PDF

It is something that is quite annoying.
I have been used Foxit PDF Editor as a non-lossy conversion tool to pdf. However for some reasons, I have to reinstall the software.
When I combine some png files to pdf, the conversion become lossy.
What should I do to have a lossless conversion to pdf function in the Foxit PDF Editor? I kinda forget how to do because I have not changed the setting for a while already....

It's just simply using file-create-combine files. The preference has not been changed i.e. in original factory setting.

Would you mind trying to go to Control Panel->Devices and Printers->right-click on Foxit PDF Editor Printer->open "Printing preferences"->Setting->Resolution->change the resolution value to higher and see if it would help in this case?

Unfortunately that's a no.
Here are the embed files:
The test.png is the testing image.
Test.pdf is when I apply a setting with no downscaling and compression allowed,
Test2 is when I apply the Standard setting.
Both setting has the highest resolution allowed (2400) already.
It seems like that they don't have any difference?

And if you convert it by going to File->Create->Create file from or combine files, it is no way to set the resolutions, would you mind converting it by following below steps to see if it helps? Thank you.
1. Open Foxit PDF Editor and open any pdf file for testing, and go to File->Print, choose Foxit PDF Editor printer as the printer name and click on Properties button.
2. It will pop-up the window, and set 2400 as the resolution value, see attached screenshot.
3. Click OK to finish it, then print the file. (The reason why we need to print it is to make this changes take effect)
4. Open the image file and click Print button to print it with Foxit PDF Editor printer to see if the result pdf file is better.

Ok... It does work, only that now the resolution is fixed to be 2400 and no more higher.
(no1.png is the result, no2.png is the original file)
Still I kind of wonder how Foxit PDF Editor's converter works, as it is like fixed lossy compression, while before I reinstall it, I mass convert pngs into 1 single pdf and it turns out totally lossless. (That's why I use combine file function at the beginning) No resolution, no resize to A4 by filling white area, just the original png file...
Is there really no way to give a pdf with lossless quality with Foxit PDF Editor?

Justforplaying2003,Thanks for your response. There is no option for you to set the image solution and quality in Foxit create/combine documents dialog box,the quality of the image in the converted PDF file will be reduced in some way after it was converted. Let me explain why this happened:
The Create/combine PDF file module engine in Foxit PDF PDF Editor needs to make a balance between document quality and document file size. In order to convert the file with an appropriate document size, the "Create/combine PDF file module engine" would optimize the document with resolution reduced into an appropriate range by default.
According to the existing create/combine file working mechanism in Foxit PDF Editor and your request,I have submitted the suggestion "Provide options to set 'resolution' and 'quality‘ in create/combine documents dialog box as well like Foxit PDF Printers does" to our product management team's reference with suggestion ID#PHANTOM-16907 ,so that it may be considered in future versions.
