Crashing When Converting

We're currently running Foxit PhantomPDF 5.5 and we're looking into upgrading to 6.2. I've been testing out the trial of 6.2 on one of my test machines and am having trouble converting documents to TIFF. Whenever I go to Convert>To Image>TIFF and choose to export it to a single file the program crashes in the middle of the conversion process. The PDF is fairly sizable (5150 pages) but that's not out of the ordinary for our company to be using. Is there an issue with 6.2 and converting large PDF files to TIFF? Or am I doing something wrong? The test machine that I'm running it on has 8 cores and 16GB of RAM, so I'm fairly certain it's not tapped out on resources.
