Push button to reset checkboxes, combo boxes, signature boxes and text boxes

Hi everyone,

I am wondering what the javascript would be to have a push button when used to reset 2 combo boxes to be blank, many checkboxes to be unchecked, 4 text boxes to be empty and 6 signature fields to be cleared out. I know that I will have to create the code with the specific names of all the fields that I want to have reset so I just need a general code that I would just have to replace the naming structure.

limdul9992 Can you please create a reset button? then set Action as "reset a form". Finally, push it and all form fields will be reset and blank. (Steps: open Properties box of button>Action tab>set "reset a form" for Select Action>select form fields. Attached picture for reference.)
