  • Foxit PhantomPDF Business 9.0 question

    Hello,

    I had a Crash Report pop up after having to power off my desktop today while the app was open. I sent the report (several times now) and Foxit PhantomPDF will only open to a greyed out screen and another Crash report pop up. I tried to open a ticket but found out that my software version is too old to use that means of support.

    If I uninstall, will I be able to reinstall? If I can reinstall, what do I need to have to do that? I have a perpetual license and I know my registration key.

    UPDATE: I managed to open the app by right-clicking on the shortcut and then opening one of the frequently used files. But if I try to open the app by left-clicking, I get the Crash Report Pop-up. The current version I have is 9.7.5.29539. Also if I close the file that I can open, the Crash Report Pop-up shows up again.

    Is it possible to submit a ticket from this portal (https://www.foxit.com/support/ticket...t=1&isReturn=1) then provide us your registration key and the crashlog? You may also try to go to Control Panel->Programs and Features->select Foxit PhantomPDF from the list then click "Repair" to see if it helps? You may also perform a re-installation of the software and see if it helps. Thank you.

        I disabled Real-Time virus protection, disabled Internet connection, installed the software, patched it with success according to the patch. However it's still not activated. Looking on 1337x, comments mentions similar problems.

        The only version I found working is 9.0.0 with arturo1000/REPT path.
