How to change Letter sized PDF to Legal sized

I have a document I created and now I need it to be legal size for the page size not just when I print. How do I do this? when I "print" Legal size I just have space at the top and bottom of the pdf.

cjewellnpl,Thanks for choosing Foxit as your PDF solution. To resize the page size in PDF document,please do the following:
For the latest version 12 of Foxit PDF Editor,please go to "Organize"tab>"Resize Pages" to bring up Resize Pages dialog box where you could select page range and select new page size you like there,click on "OK" to set new page size for your document.

For V11 or low versions,please open the PDF file,go to "File>Print" to open print window,please choose "Foxit PDF Editor Printer" as printer there,click on "Properties" button to bring up "Foxit PDF Editor Printer Properties" window ,please click on "Layout" tab to select or create a new page size you like there,click on "OK" "OK" to reprint the opened document into a new PDF file with the page size you like.
