The courts are starting to require PDF/A documents for electronic filing so I'm shopping for the right software. I read "The best the PhantomPDF printer driver can offer is PDF/A-1b support..." Alt tags have been encouraged for a long time in HTML and I'd like to do the PDF equivalent. Is there any support for editing or at least converting to PDF/A-1a documents in the latest version of PhantomPDF?

Hi Bohan,
Foxit PhantomPDF printer driver offers PDF/A-1b support. You may simply open the properties of Foxit PhantomPDF Printer->go under "General"->tick "Support PDF/A-1b standard" before conversion. You may give it a try at your convenience. The program is free to try out for 30 days: http://www.foxitsoftware.com/downloads/
