Bug Foxit PDF Business Edition Editor Version 9.7.5.29616

So I have been using foxit pdf editor for several years. There have been so really buggy issues since purchasing it. The latest one is I can't resize the check boxes or text fields without them either going over the size I need or under it. There is no way to get it to the size I need to. I have been having this issue for a while now. I sent in a tech support ticket and no answer. Is anyone having the same issue and is there any fix for it?

Based on your video, It seems the check box was created by the grid size, would you please check whether the "Snap to Grid" had ticked under View tab, then try to create a new check box and resize it to see if it works? See below image.
