When trying to create a new form, either by running form recondition or Convert/From a File, I receive the error message, "No new form field annotations were detected." I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software, no change. I just did the update that came out and still no change. Any help will be appreciated.

BobF, According to the situation that you mentioned, it means that the automatic form recognition feature in Foxit PhantomPDF itself didn't recognize those plain form fields in your PDF file into fillable form fields. For this situation, please help to provide us with one PDF form file in question for further troubleshooting. If it is not convenient to upload the required document on the forum, please help to submit a ticket from our ticket submission center to attach those documents for us (in the ticket subject please input Lisa attn there). The file you send will be kept confidential and only be used for internal testing.
For your current workaround, please choose to use those tools under the "Form" tab in Foxit PhantomPDF to manually create interactive form fields on those plain fields in PDF file one by one.
