  • Is there a way to make check boxes that cycle through symbols?

I am wondering if there is a way to make a check box, radio button or normal button that appears invisible until you click on it. The when you do, it shows 1 symbol the first time you click on it and a different symbol the second time you click on it and then revert to being invisible (essentially resetting the cycle so that it may be clicked on again if needed)?

    Thank you
    Dave

WikiSnapper Currently, Foxit PDF Editor supports to show/hide symbol in Check Box via single-click, but only ONE symbol available. May I know the user scenario? then I will forward the requirement to DEV team for reference. Thanks.

I am making a character sheet for a table top game. When the character gets injured the character receives a wound. If the character attempts to fix the wound and fails the wound gets covered. If the character succeeds at fixing the wound, it disappears. This essentially means I need a 3 phase check box, unchecked, checked once, then checked twice. Being able to reset (cure) the wound after clicking through the button.

I have figured out how to make a logic loop when clicking on a button that changes a number from 0, to 1 then 2 before resetting but I don't know how to use that to change the image of the button either. It would be really helpful if there was a syntax sheet for all of the Javascript that works in Foxit's Javascript so I can figure out what coding works and what coding doesn't.

Also, thank you very much for your time! I appreciate it bunches!
