Taking a photo in form

Good morning,

I'm preparing a form where I want the user to include a picture. The idea is that the user fills the form with his smartphone so I would like that once the users pushes the icon of the image, the camera of the smatphone opens to take the picture. I have prepared the form with the image field and it works in the computer as when you push the image icon, it requests you to select an image of your folders, but it doesn't work with the camera of the smartphone.

Please, can somebody help me with this issue?
