I am using FoxIt Version 5 Standard. Have been for at least 6 months now. I have always used the flatten tool after adding text with the typewriter or applying stamps. Suddenly the flatten tool is no longer able to be used. It remains greyed out. A problem for any document not just 1 in particular. I already uninstalled and reinstalled the software. No improvement. Another person is able to open the document, add text with the typewriter and flatten with no problem. I am able to save the document just not flatten it. Other tools all still work, just not the flatten. Any ideas?

While waiting for an possible help on this I tried upgrading to version 6 on this workstation and the problem still exists. -

1) A screenshot/image of the problem;
2) A screenshot/image of Foxit PhantomPDF's "About Dialog";
3) A copy of the mentioned PDF document for testing purpose.
