We would like to see SharePoint integration for Foxit Phantom (similar to Office 2010), e.g.:
- Being able to open a pdf from anywhere, select save-as from Phantom, browse to a SharePoint site from the Save-As dialog (either using "My Network Places", or by entering the URL) , being able to navigate the selected site, then select a document library to save the pdf.
- Being able to edit a pdf currently stored in a SharePoint document library, then save directly back to the library (no save-as as long as the name remains the same), or another library or location (save-as).
- Currently, we have to download the file to edit, then upload it again.
- Compatible with check-out/in and versioning settings of a document library.
- Ideally, present document library custom columns to Phantom when editing or saving files (e.g. text fields, drop down menu or radio buttons) to edit optional and required fields directly from the editor (as implemented in Office 2010), but that's a nice to have, since we can still edit those fields in the document library directly.
