    Windows 8.1 Update 1 x64 Outlook 2013 SP1 x32 V15.0.3569.1503 Foxit Standard 6.2.0.0429

    Just updated to latest version and this bug is still there.. It is very very annoying.

    Have checked the settings for the defaults in windows and they are ok.

    Other programs can email fine (Word, excel, Adobe Reader, accounting program)

    I press the email icon and get "Can not connect to the default email client" about 80% of the time 20% of the time it works fine

    I found a work around.

    When you get the message "Can not connect to the default email client"

    you quit outlook

    and then press email icon again and it works fine.

    It just seems to be a problem is outlook is already running but not all the time as some times it works when outlook is already running

    On my other PC with Windows 7 x64 Outlook 2013 SP1 x32 V15.0.3569.1503 Foxit Standard 6.2.0.0429 it works fine every time.
