Help with Saveable forms

Was there any error message when you try to save data typed in the form on your wife's PC? Which program did you use to type in the form on your wife's PC? May I get a copy of the form for testing purpose? Please also include the instructions about how to replicate the issue. Greetings all.
I need a little help please.
I just purchased Foxit Phantom Standard and I am having issues with PDF forms I created.

I can open them in Adobe, and save the filled form, however on my wifes PC it wont save data typed in the form.

I know I am missing something in the setup of the file, but for the life of me I cant find it.
Any ideas?
What info can I provide?
