crash COM Surrogate Has Stopped Working - FoxitPDFInfo.dll

A colleague of mine has Foxit Phantom Express installed on her machine, a few months ago she received the above error - COM Surrogate Has Stopped Working, looking at the details

It seems connected to Foxit. This has started happening again this week and happens multiple times a day and is causing her great annoyance! Does anyone know what could be causing this and how I could fix it?

May i know what is her operation that caused this error?Has she tried to uninstall it manually and reinstall it to see if it helps?
BTW, what is the OS and system type?

Her OS is Windows 7 Professional SP1. She's not tried to uninstall and reinstall...

What is the system type?32-bit or 64-bit?
BTW, would you please recommend her to have a reinstallation and let me know the result?Thank you.
