I want to edit a text of a pdf of a medicine pdf text. For this, I was changed from "Tools" to "Select text" but doesn't let me change phrases or words. It cannot be in texts with rights reserved? I can do it after you convert the text into a Word file for Office? I am awaiting a response. Thanks and greetings.

Which program do you use?Foxit PhantomPDF Standard or Business are able to modify the text of pdf files by using Touchup tool under Edit menu.
