    Hi Bobh,

Please email to [email protected] to get FTP site address then you may upload the file to Foxit FTP for us taking a closer at the problem. Thank you.

I used Foxit to open the subject pdf document. For whatever reason the 'extract' button under 'organize' is not available.

    Hi Bobh,

Please try to export only several pages and see if the exported PDF document has the same problem. If it does, please send us a copy for testing purpose.
(To export the pages, you may simply open the document in Foxit PhantomPDF, go under "Organize"->"Extract")

I am unable to upload the file. "Your file of 175755 bytes exceeds the limit of 20000" this is the message I get.

    Hi Bobh,

Please provide a copy of the PDF document in question and make a comparison screenshot of the rendering in both programs for taking a closer look at. Please also include the version info of your Foxit PhantomPDF and Adobe.

If it is inconvenient to upload the documents, you may email to [email protected]. Thank you.

    Compatability issues with Adobe

PDF documents created in Foxit PhantomPDF with interactive fields when opened in Adobe do not show up, we use Foxit and Adobe in our environment, all users can read the content using Foxit but the Adobe users are unable to.
