When attempting to use the redaction feature in Phantom PDF 6.2.1, when you apply the redaction's the entire PDF is corrupted and unreadable. This has happened on several documents and I have done a clean uninstall/reinstall. I have submitted a ticket on this issue without resolution (#4093). I also am having issues with those using Adobe Reader being able to view/access any PDF that I create. I am extremely frustrated with this software and about to get rid of it and switch to Adobe and pay their exorbitant price -- apparently you get what you pay for.

The Redaction issue you reported could be replicated in the scanned PDF document that you submitted in Ticket#4093. For certain scanned PDF documents, the problem may exist and this issue has been under investigation. Report ID#: 60045.
For your current workaround solution, you may open the PDF document with Foxit Advanced PDF Editor that bundled in Business edition. (Go under "Edit"->"Edit All Objects"->right-click on the page->"Open in Advanced PDF Editor"->then double-click the page in Editor and use Eraser tool to erase the info you don't want)
Regarding "am having issues with those using Adobe Reader being able to view/access any PDF that I create", may I have the PDF in question for testing purpose? Version info of Foxit PhantomPDF and Adobe Reader? A screen capture of the problem? Thank you.
