  • Can not change Export value for Radio button

    Hi all, I am working with pdf editor Phantom Business already more then a year and it was always working - changing export value of radio button. In the latest version it does not work, even I create a new document, make a new radio, by default "yes" as export value is set, and I can not change it. I am registrated user, this happens in registrated version. I also tried to install trial version from you server, it does not work on different computers. It was working previously 100%! Please tell somebody do you have this issue?

    Could you please kindly send us the PDF in question and a screenshot that shows the problem? Please also let us know the version info of your Foxit PhantomPDF. Thank you.

      I am bumping this thread since I have the same problem. I have several check boxes that need unique export values so I can fill the forms using another utility. Anything I type in is ignored and defaults back to Yes or a 1.Using FoxIt Phantom PDF Business 6.0, registered just like the user above. I'd rather not have to manipulate the data I am importing to conform to these values.

        Your code can be used for all V6.x, would you mind uninstalling your current 6.0 and download the 6.2 from below link and have a try? Thank you.

          I actually am already running 6.2, I didn't specify my exact version sorry. I re-installed using your link and still have the same issue. Anything I type in the Export Value field is reset as soon as I click Close on the Properties window. It happens for any PDF I create.

            We are very sorry for this, but i can say this issue does not exist in new release 7.1, would you mind upgrading to it for a try?Thank you.

              I upgraded to version 7 starting a 30 day trial. The feature now works.
              Since I have a key for version 6 and not 7, how will this be rectified by FoxIt? I don't want to purchase another license just to use a feature that should already be working.

                  Hi FoxItUser,
                  For your current workaround,we suggest you switch to version 6.1.2.1227 which doesn't have such issue you referred. Following is link for downloading it:

                  If you want to upgrade to version 7.x ,you just need pay upgrade fee rather than full price.For details,you may write a letter to [email protected] when you want to upgrade to newest version.

                    I realise this is old and this is based on radio buttons, but I'm having the exact same problem with Check Boxes. I can't edit the export value at all, is just doesn't save.

                    I'm using the Standard Edition 6.2.1.0618 and apparently there are no updates available. Any help would be much appreciated,
