PDF submit button not working on android phone

I have created a PDF form with Foxit Phantom. Form works with all buttons working on computer (win 8.1), submitting via email, printing as required, no problems. have transferred pdf to samsung note 3 phone. Can open pdf but submit via email button does not work when clicked on. Any suggestions to fix appreciated.
