I have a scanned photo of a time sheet. The time sheet already has a table on it. I want to create the same table in a program and add my own information, then be able to print it. Possible?

In Foxit PhantomPDF, there's a "Run Form Field Recognition" option under "Form" menu. You may use it to create an editable table then manually make some adjustment. Then you could add new info by going under "Edit"->"Add Text" or under "Comment'->"Typewriter tool".
