      Hi cherry,

      1) Version info of your email client;
      The Bat! Professional Edition version 6.6 32bit

      2) A screenshot of the problem;

      3) Instruction to replicate the issue :
      Open any PDF file.
      Once the file is open, click on the "Email" icon on the Quick Access toolbar.
      At this time, I get the error.

      4) Do you have a "Foxit PDF" tab in your email client?
      No tab

                Sorry for posting to such an aged post, but I just ran into this very same error. The issue though was related to how we were packaging PhantomPDF in App-V 5.1. I found that I needed to enable COM interaction in my App-V package in order to fix the problem.

                  It's ok, but we need the latest info for further investigation, thank you.
                  1. Foxit PhantomPDF version number
                  2. OS info
                  3. Outlook version number
                  4. Was office outlook distributed by APP-V as well?
                  5. Describe the environment and note down your APP-V deployment steps so our QA team can try to reproduce it on our side and figure it out

                  I appreciate if you can send below info to [email protected] so we can further process it, thank you.
