  • Reversed logic for interactive form fields on government form for one user

One of our users is having trouble filling out government interactive forms with Foxit PhantomPDF Business. Version is: 6.2.1.0618. She opens the form and gets the banner that this form contains interactive form fields. She can't type into the form fields but she can type everywhere else.
I logged on to her computer and it behaves properly for me. This indicates there is a problem with her settings.

I have uninstalled, rebooted and reinstalled the program. The same thing happens.

I've now attempted to repair the program with her logged on (she is an administrator of her system) and it throws a "Fatal error during installation."

Is it time to recreate her Windows profile or is there some other fix someone can suggest?

    Thanks.

    Hi Linda_svc,

If it is an interactive form, we could simply switch to "Hand" tool under "Home" menu of Foxit PhantomPDF. If to type in text in non-interactive form, you may use "Add Text" under "Edit" menu or "Typewriter" tool under "Comment" menu.

Could you please kindly provide the PDF form in question and a screenshot of the problem to [email protected] for further analyzing this problem and better advise? Thank you.

Thank you Cherry! We had all missed selecting the "Hand" tool. That was the solution. Please forgive the delay, I was on vacation for two weeks.
