Bug Not showing help-manual from the help-button.

When clicking on the help-button you are directed to the Foxit-site ,for downloading the help-file, while this file is already in the program-folder of Foxit Phantom !!

Hi Piet,

In Foxit PhantomPDF 6.x, the association between "User Manual" button and the local user manual located in the program-folder is fine. But in PhantomPDF 7.0.3, PhantomPDF will direct you to the download Foxit PhantomPDF user manual from the website. I've forwarded this to PM team for further processing. Suggestion ID#: PHANTOM-2733.
