  • Foxit PhantomPDF caused an Access Violation

Hi, Got a PC which keeps crashing when trying to print to the Foxit PhantomPDF, tried re-installing Office 2013 x32 and Foxit. Still getting the same error. Can print from 'Printer test page' and notepad ok but office crashes. I've included the the CrashLog and system info for your use (in a zip file as the crashlog was too big).

    Any thoughts?
    Cheers,

    Hi blabley,

Please uninstall your existing Foxit PhantomPDF 5.5.6 then install the latest Foxit PhantomPDF 7.0 and see if you could print fine. Thank you.
