When I tried to get into my existing DocuSign account (via Protect / DocuSign), I was able to log into my DocuSign account, however when the page tried to load, I experienced the following message:

In order to DocuSign, please upgrade to a modern browser.
Ensure you are not in compatibility mode.

Is there something I should be doing differently here? I have Internet Explorer 11 and Google Chrome on my machine, but this appears to be loading something completely different.
If someone could let me know what might be happening here, I'd appreciate it - thanks!
