Bug Missing page when appending a file

Foxit Phantom 2.2.3.1112, Windows 7. Occasionally, when appending a pdf to another, a page is blank. For example, appending a 7-page document might have page 4 as a blank page, although page 4 has content in the original document. Re-appending the file will usually solves the problem, but it is tedious to check every page of large documents to make sure the appending was correctly done.

Any solutions?
