Question About Moving Text/Blank Line

I'm new to Foxit and have just been editing a PDF I created. I have deleted some text under a heading which has left a blank space. The next heading is now after a bigger gap than the other headings above it.
Is there a way to delete the space or move the text up but keeping it in line?
Or is it just a case of using my judgement to get it lined up?

No, the blank space can not be removed directly, but you can select all texts shown below then drag them up so they will be kept in line.
