Bug Foxit PhantomPDF Update Manager Fails to Download Files

Foxit PhantomPDF Update Manager hangs after downloading roughly 10-20MB of 150MB file. Dialogue opens saying the download failed. Have to exit the Update Manager manually (right-click task bar icon and click exit).

Is there a way to download the file from the website and bypass the update manager?

May i know which edition of Foxit PhantomPDF do you use, Express, standard or Business so i could send you the direct download link?

not sure why... but i had to re-attempt the download several times because it kept hanging up...
also had to "pause" then "resume" each attempt several times to "massage" the download to completion...
however... persistence paid off... because i was able to finally download and install the complete update...
