Yes,Foxit PhantomPDF support to add signature (digital signature, DocuSign and quick PDF Sign), if you have installed the program , you can find the signature tools under the menu Protect, create and place the signature, more info for the operation guide, please refer to the user manual (page 212)under the menu Help.
