Use bookmarks to edit text

Hi i'm Gaetano,
i would like to know if is possible to use bookmarks (or something similar) to edit a text with parameters produced by my software.

Example:

"Hi, my name is %name%, welcome!"

i cant use module text box because the lenght of the name is not standard and i can resize dynamically the text box.

Can someone help?
