'Read' text to speech functions - Wishlist

Hi,
I have started using the 'read' function that is included with PhantomPDF.

Has 'Read' the ability to highlight the sentence,or at least the word, that is being read. I find it takes a while for me to locate the text being spoken on the page when i need to highlight and interesting passage to reference later?

Before switching to PhantomPDF i had been using few programs that do this well and i have become use to this helpful feature.
